Away We Go! After a very busy low season we are finally ready to depart on our maiden Similan Liveaboard voyage with guests. Today marks the day that Big Blue Diving Khao Lak will launch the MV Blue Dolphin.

After a very busy low season we are finally ready to depart on our maiden voyage with guests.

Today marks the day that Big Blue Diving Khao Lak will launch The MV Blue Dolphin.

Last week was the final test trip, where Big Blue staff and a few friends made the trip out to the Similan Islands National Park. We were super lucky and four minutes into our first dive we had a visit from a Giant manta ray at Koh Bon.

What a way to start the Blue Dolphin’s new era.

It’s all in the details right?

We have added many little details to the Blue Dolphin to make her comfortable and easy to dive from.

A dedicated camera area with crates for every diver For the more avid photographers there is a large camera table covered in non slip matting with safe storage for your cameras and housings.

There is also an enclosed area with tools, air gun, lubricants, O-rings.

Relax, Take it Easy!!

Blue Dolphin has plenty of areas to chill out and make the most of your out of the water time. Choose from the large outside seating area, or the sunroof with shaded area and beans bags.

Remember that relaxing between dives is super important, so we think if you are going to do it, do it well and be comfortable.
