The MV Koon 9.
This liveaboard option is the most flexible. She combines a speed boat transfer to a platform boat that stays out in the Similan Islands. You can therefore stay out for 1 night or …well as many nights as you like and catch the speed boat back to land the next day.
MV Koon 9 is the largest Similan liveaboard at 52 metres long and 10.5 metres wide. She takes 40 divers but due to her size this is still a super comfortable number. All the cabins are en suite and the facilities on board are first class.
The dive deck has plenty of space between tanks and lots of space for storage. There are also public bathrooms located here, as well as camera tanks, fresh water showers and wetsuit hangers.
