Technical Diving in the Similans
Technical Diving allows experienced divers to dive deeper, enter overhead environments such as a wreck or caves or make longer dives with specialized equipment after gaining expert training. Technical or deep dives are defined as dives deeper than the standard recreational limits of between 30-40m.
Big Blue Tech is the dedicated technical training and exploration department for Big Blue Diving in Thailand.
We offer Technical Diver, Cavern and Cave Diver, Rebreather Diver, Dive Medic and Scuba Engineer Training from several internationally recognized training agencies. Our main office is based on Koh Tao Island but we provide training throughout Thailand and South East Asia at all of our Big Blue locations, all lead by our experienced in house dive team and partners in the technical diving industry.
We also provide equipment repair, sales and service for all major technical diving equipment and systems.
